The sealant market is quite standardized. It is not a popular product (like glues) and there is little perceived technical difference between the offerings.

Context:

At the point of sale, all brands look the same, and users ended up choosing the wrong products for their purposes, which were always related to construction, renovation and DIY.

From there, an ecosystem of solutions was designed that covered not only the use of the sealant itself, but also a whole chain of integrated solutions (service, experience, digitalization) for users.

My performance

My role in the project was as a strategic and service designer, responsible for creating together with the team and leading the design sprint necessary to understand the problem, ideation, convergence and prototyping of the solutions presented.
