Context:
Within the national logistics context we encounter several problems, such as documentation, payment, loading and unloading, freight search and business conversion.
The client proposes to solve the problem using technology and creativity to facilitate all processes and operational management of the different stages, from searching for freight, unloading at terminals and all necessary documentation.
My performance
My role in the project was as a strategic and service designer, responsible for designing and defining how to implement new solutions aimed at truck drivers (new freight search engine, and profile) and for transport companies (driver search engine, registration of new drivers) and how they integrated with the platform’s objectives.
