Context:

When the pandemic happened, DASA's main challenge was to have a reliable telemedicine platform that could serve patients with the most diverse medical needs.

A specific telemedicine service for COVID-19 was created and launched in two weeks to help suspected and confirmed patients, offering quality and humanized treatment.

The NAV platform also includes medical history and exams for each patient, thus facilitating monitoring of the user's health.

Performance

My role in the project was as Product Owner of the Professional Management Squad, mainly taking care of the onboarding of doctors within the platform and development of new features for scheduling appointments and creating our own clinics within NAV Pro.

Main outputs

– More than 100k consultations carried out successfully*

– Approximately R$35MM in browsed revenue*

– Increased success in appointment bookings from ~60% to 87%

– Increased rating on Hotjar from 1.6 to 3.9 (total of 5)
